With liquid detergent, it’s always a guessing game: “Is half a capful enough, or should I fill it to the brim?” The result is almost always that we use too much. That’s not only a waste of money, but also bad for your washing machine and the environment. With Lavoa’s laundry strips, dosing has finally become child’s play.

The basic rule: 1 strip for 1 full load Our laundry strips are designed for a standard wash cycle in an average household. But what does that mean in kilograms?

  • Light to normal loads (3 to 5 kilograms): Is your drum comfortably filled (not packed)? Then one laundry strip is exactly what you need.

  • Large loads or heavy loads (6 to 8 kilograms): Do you have an XL machine, or is the drum really filled to the brim with heavy fabrics such as towels or jeans? Then use two strips for an optimal result.

  • Small loads (1 to 2 kilograms): Are you just washing a few favorite shirts? Then simply tear the strip in half. Half a strip is more than enough.

Why kilograms don’t actually matter Although it’s useful to think in kilograms, washing is really about the “degree of soiling.” A 3-kilogram pile of sportswear sometimes needs more cleaning power than 5 kilograms of curtains that have only collected a little dust.

The benefits of using the right amount The great thing about Lavoa is that the strips dissolve completely. With liquid detergent or powder, overdosing often causes a “greasy” layer in the machine (vetluis) or white stains on your dark clothes. With the strips, you use exactly the right amount of active ingredients. Nothing more, nothing less.

Save smart By dosing consciously with our strips, you’ll make a pack last longer. Whereas you often spill or overdose with a bottle of liquid detergent, with Lavoa you get exactly what you pay for.
